Prenatal massage can also help with nausea. Whether from a professional or your spouse, a massage has been known to help pregnant women relax and calm their nerves.
Another common cause of nausea is exhaustion and lack of sleep. A restful sleep has been known to magically alleviate nausea and help you feel better overall.
